What is REOS Software?

What it does

REOS turns a broker's land listing into a graded deal in about ten minutes. That covers the parcel and owner, zoning, net buildable acres, the lot count, water and sewer, two exits and the land value they support. It also follows rezonings, plats and variances in 122 jurisdictions, tracks what lots are selling for, priced per lot, and shows which builders and land bankers hold lots and what they paid.

A note on the name

REOS Software isn't connected to the German property-management software called REOS, to real-estate CRM products with similar names, or to RESO, the Real Estate Standards Organization.
