Software for land brokers whose listings hold up

Builders' land teams underwrite every listing they get. With REOS you can run the same checks before you send it, so the acreage, the lot count and the utilities hold up when they look.

Figures as of October 5, 2026.

REOS Builders CRM showing a builder's lots bought, average price paid per lot, and its stated buy box next to what its purchases show
The Builders CRM: who's buying, what they paid per lot, and each builder's stated buy box next to what it actually buys.

Check the listing first

REOS applies the zoning's minimum lot size and width to the net buildable acres, after flood zones, wetlands and slopes come out. That gives you a lot count a builder's team will agree with, and the free lot yield calculator gives you a first pass on your own numbers. It also finds the nearest sewer main, tells you whether the site can drain by gravity and gives a cost range. For pricing, there are per-lot comps from county records.

Find the buyers

Builder-owned lots shows which builders and land bankers already hold lots near your site and what they paid. The rezoning tracker shows who's been filing cases nearby. Between the two, you have a good list of who to call.
