Account info (name, email, company), deal data you create or import into your workspace, and standard usage telemetry (pages viewed, actions taken). We never collect location from your device.
To provide the product, keep it running, bill you, and improve it. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer deal data to train ML models.
With subprocessors strictly necessary to run the service (cloud hosting, billing, transactional email). No third-party advertising networks, ever.
Account data retained while you have an active account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where required by law.
GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA rights apply. Email realestateoptimizationsoftware@gmail.com to exercise them. We respond within 30 days.

You must be 18+. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You own your deal data. You grant REOS a limited license to host, process, and display it to you and users you invite. We never use your deal data to train ML.
No reverse engineering the Layout Engine, no unauthorized scraping of our data, no using REOS to build a competing product. Be excellent to each other.
Monthly or annual, auto-renewing. 30-day refund on annual plans. Price changes require 60 days notice.
Either of us can terminate with 30 days' notice. You can export your data for 90 days after termination.
Layout Engine output is an underwriting tool, not an engineering deliverable. Do not submit REOS layouts to a county without civil engineering review. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
